Account & Registration

Registering at bitpkr takes under 2 minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and set a password. Confirm you are 18 or older, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click "Create Account." No ID or documents are needed to get started — identity verification is only required when you want to make larger withdrawals. Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at bitpkr. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. You will be asked to confirm your date of birth during registration. bitpkr also conducts identity verification checks — including CNIC verification — to enforce this policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and all deposits are returned.

No. bitpkr allows only one account per person. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the Login page or contact support — do not register a new account.

To update your registered mobile number or email address, contact bitpkr support via live chat. For security reasons, changes to primary contact details require identity verification. Have your CNIC ready and our team will guide you through the process. Changes typically take 1–2 business days to process after verification is complete.

You can close your account by contacting bitpkr support via live chat or emailing support@bitpkr.ws. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method before the account is closed. Deposits

bitpkr supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there are no currency conversion charges and no hidden platform fees on deposits.

The minimum deposit at bitpkr is Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash. For bank transfer (IBFT) the minimum is Rs 500. For Visa/Mastercard the minimum is Rs 1,000. NayaPay and SadaPay minimum deposits are Rs 200. These low minimums are intentional — bitpkr is designed to be accessible to all Pakistani players regardless of budget.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your bitpkr account instantly — usually within 30 seconds of completing the payment. IBFT bank transfers typically take 5–30 minutes depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually processed within 1–5 minutes. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

A "pending" status usually means the payment is being confirmed between your payment provider and our system. Wait 30 minutes — most pending deposits resolve automatically. If it's still pending after 30 minutes, go to Account → Transaction History, find the deposit and tap "Contact Support." Share the transaction ID and our payments team will investigate and resolve it, typically within a couple of hours.

Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Players can also set their own voluntary deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly — through the Responsible Gaming section in account settings. Withdrawals

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals at bitpkr are typically processed in under 8 minutes, making them among the fastest in Pakistan. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals usually take 5–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take 2–24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days. All withdrawal amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The minimum withdrawal at bitpkr is Rs 500 via Easypaisa and JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfers the minimum is Rs 1,000. Visa/Mastercard minimum withdrawals are Rs 2,000. There are no platform fees charged by bitpkr on withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount sent to your payment account.

The most common reasons for a delayed or declined withdrawal at bitpkr are: (1) Identity verification is incomplete — you may need to submit a CNIC scan for larger withdrawals. (2) An active bonus with wagering requirements has not been met — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed. (3) The payment method details you've entered don't match your registered account information. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact support via live chat with your transaction ID.

For standard withdrawals, identity verification (KYC) may be required once your total withdrawal history exceeds certain thresholds. This is a standard regulatory requirement designed to protect players and prevent fraud. The verification process involves uploading a copy of your CNIC. It's a one-time process that can be completed entirely within your bitpkr account — no need to visit anywhere in person. We recommend completing KYC proactively so there are no delays when you want to withdraw larger amounts.

For security and anti-fraud reasons, bitpkr's default policy is to return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you need to withdraw to a different method — for example, if you've changed your Easypaisa number — contact support via live chat. The team will guide you through the verification steps needed to update your withdrawal method. This typically requires identity verification.

To enable 2FA, log in to your bitpkr account, go to Account Settings and select "Security." Self-exclusion closes your bitpkr account for a minimum period of 6 months. It takes effect the moment you confirm the request. During self-exclusion you cannot log in, cannot register a new account and will not receive any marketing communications. Any PKR balance is returned to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the minimum period — this is intentional, as it's designed to be a firm commitment rather than a suggestion.
