Welcome to bitpkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and bitpkr ("bitpkr," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the website available at bitpkr.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and services.

bitpkr may request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by bitpkr may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only at bitpkr. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, phone numbers or email addresses by the same person — are prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If bitpkr discovers that information provided at registration or thereafter is inaccurate or intentionally misleading, bitpkr reserves the right to suspend or close the account immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bitpkr login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact bitpkr support immediately. bitpkr is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.

All financial transactions at bitpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bitpkr does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Standard processing times and minimums are set out below.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where bitpkr support has approved an alternative arrangement in writing.
• bitpkr reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. During this process, withdrawal payments may be temporarily held. bitpkr will notify you of any hold and the documentation required to resolve it.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. You may withdraw your real-money balance at any time, regardless of bonus status.
• In cases where bitpkr reasonably suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, bitpkr may suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation. You will be informed of the suspension and the reason for it.
• bitpkr does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on the payment method used must match the name registered on your bitpkr account.

bitpkr offers bonuses and promotional rewards to players including — but not limited to — welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Each promotion or bonus offer at bitpkr will state its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games and expiry period. These conditions are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be accepted before the bonus is credited.
• Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus balance. Once the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, any remaining bonus balance converts to real-money balance and becomes withdrawable.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is met, any active bonus balance and the winnings generated from it will be forfeited. The real-money portion of your balance remains withdrawable at any time.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player or account.

All games available at bitpkr — whether live dealer, RNG table games or online slots — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each title. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence for matters of account and financial policy, while individual game rules take precedence for matters of game outcome and settlement.

• All bets placed at bitpkr are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when you click the relevant confirm, place bet or deal button and the action is accepted by bitpkr's system.
• RNG game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Live game outcomes are determined by real physical processes (cards, balls or other physical equipment) observed on camera. bitpkr does not modify outcomes after they have occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, bitpkr's system will attempt to resolve the round on the basis of available data. If resolution is not possible, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance.
• bitpkr publishes the RTP (Return to Player) for every game. RTP is a statistical average over a large number of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each game and table. bitpkr may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Decisions made by live dealers and shown on camera are final, subject to the resolution process for technical failures described above.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bitpkr. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

bitpkr may suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to those listed in Section 7.
• A request from a legal or regulatory authority.
• At the account holder's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bitpkr will communicate the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and any applicable fraud recovery obligations. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited on account closure for breach.

Players may voluntarily close their bitpkr account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing times.
